Miller Design strategy

      Our job is to be creative. We are paid to think, to solve problems, and to create something out of nothing. To ensure success, we implement a strategic process:

  1. Discover:
    When you come to us, we ask, listen, search, research. We look until we see the communications challenge clearly. We gather any existing client collateral. We identify the target audience and establish what kind of action we want them to take.

  2. Analyze:
    We examine and investigate. Mulling over the information, asking why and why not. We brainstorm, chart options, set objectives, and explore possible solutions. A site map or project map is created. At this point a detailed cost and timeline estimate is drafted.

  3. Design:
    Define an approach. Evaluate the idea. Refine the solution. We show the client a "concept" stage solution. Create a moch up, and set up client approval stages.

  4. Verify:
    Making the solution concrete. Approving, implementing and executing while testing for error and practicality. We offer ongoing marketing and service agreements that are aimed at optimizing your efforts.
